Having worked long and hard to overcome this vocal disability, I finally found success in Meditative breathing. Not meditation but meditative breathing. 

Our breath is so precious and yet we take it for granted because it happens so automatically. Seldom do we contemplate that it is our breath that gives us life and our breath is what we can turn  to every time we are stuck, unsure or  want guidance of any kind.

How wonderful it feels now to be free from the anxiety and stress of having so much to say and feeling the uncertainty of not knowing if my throat would cooperate with my thoughts.
